The classes are built for beginners. Guruji guides every step in the live class. You do what your body allows, and that is enough.
What happens after I enter my WhatsApp number?

Is it really free?
The first 14 days are completely free. No card, no payment details, nothing to cancel.
What if I miss a class?
Nothing is lost. The rhythm is daily, so the next class is always tomorrow, and Guruji will be there.
I am not flexible, and my knees complain.
Every asana has a gentler version, and practising on a chair is welcome too. Ask Guruji any time for a softer option.
Can I ask questions before joining?
Joining happens through the free WhatsApp cohort. Once you register, help and guidance are right there in your WhatsApp.
