Terms of Service

These Terms apply to DhyanHQ, the website and service available at dhyanhq.com. DhyanHQ is the public brand and service name used for customer-facing product pages, emails, support, account access, live practice reminders, cohort onboarding, and WhatsApp Business Platform communications.

You must be at least 18 (or have a guardian's consent) to use DhyanHQ. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

DhyanHQ is a digital practice platform: live yoga and meditation classes, a scripture library, Guruji (an AI guide), and a sadhak community. We may add or change features over time.

Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. An account is for one person. Please do not share logins.

You log in with your WhatsApp number, and we use WhatsApp to send your one-time login code and, if you continue, class reminders and updates about your practice. The login code is essential to the service. You can stop the reminders anytime by replying STOP on WhatsApp or from your profile settings. Standard message rates may apply.

Every plan starts with a 14-day full-access free trial. Plans thereafter: Monthly ₹499/month (autopay), 6-month ₹2,499, and Annual ₹3,499. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

When using DhyanHQ, you agree not to:

• Record, re-stream, download, or resell live classes or library content without written permission.
• Share your account or class links so others avoid paying.
• Disrupt classes, harass teachers or other sadhaks, or post unlawful content.
• Attempt to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Classes, recordings, translations, and library content belong to DhyanHQ or its teachers/partners and are licensed to you for personal practice only. The scriptures themselves are public heritage; our translations, commentary, and presentation are protected.

Guruji is an AI assistant that answers from the scriptures. It can make mistakes, so do not treat it as final spiritual, medical, or legal advice. When in doubt, ask a qualified teacher or professional.

Yoga, pranayama, meditation, and Ayurveda on DhyanHQ are not medical advice (see above). The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any period is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

We may change these terms or the service; we will notify you of significant changes in advance. You may close your account any time. We may suspend access for a serious breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
